Spring 2024 Fleetwood Community Center Benefit Trail Ride in Massies Mill

Come join your friends for one of the most beautiful camping trail rides on the East Coast. The Friday-Sunday ride includes three days of riding over private farmland and forests. Riders enjoy scenic mountain views, two nights of camping on the grounds of the Fleetwood Community Center, along the beautiful Tye River. The Fleetwood Trail Ride is technically challenging for horse and rider. Trails cover rock-strewn mountains with long, steep grades. Four shoes or hoof boots are recommended. Water on the trail is limited to river/creek crossings, which may be fast and deep, depending on recent rainfall. Horses and riders must be in condition for mountain riding.
