Welcome spring along the Blackwater Creek Trail, Lynchburg’s hidden gem! This 4 mile trail, once a railroad bed, transverses 300 acre greenspace along Blackwater Creek, a tributary to the James River. After enjoy a bit of Lynchburg’s hospitality for lunch at The Farm Basket. Rated easy. Bring water, money for lunch and a snack.
